Macromedia Flash Player for Solaris x86

A small hack to run the Linux x86 ELF binary of the plugin for Netscape 4.xx, Netscape 6, Netscape 7 or Mozilla on Solaris x86. The unchanged Linux binary almost (99%) runs on Solaris x86, with only a few minor things missing on Solaris and some minor problems due to some differences in the Solaris / Linux ABI.

Andrew Safonov has a small correction to Jürgen Keil's hack. You can download Andrew's files from ftp://p-tau.com/flash/ or from local repository. And there goes his note on what's in the download area:

This is a source of audit module, compiled module and flashplayer for Linux v. 5.0r51. Mozilla compiled with MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME="/opt/mozilla". Tested with X11R6 v. 4.2.1 and 4.3.0 and OSS drivers from opensound.com. I don't have sunaudio (no drivers for my soundcard) and don't use OpenWin (no XVideo extention). Plugin may work with Mozilla+OpenWin without any changes (but I didn't test that).
